Dr Manan Chadha

Dr Manan Chadha is a highly skilled UK trained General Practitioner with more than 15 years of Family Medicine experience and has been practising in Melbourne since 2021.

He believes in a holistic, yet personalised model of General Practice. He holds specialist registration with Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

In addition to this, he is a Member and also a Fellow of Royal College of General Practitioners, UK (MRCGP & FRCGP). He has also obtained Diploma in Child Health (DCH), Diploma in Dermatology (Cardiff, UK) & Diploma in Sexual and Reproductive Health (DFSRH).

His special interest includes Dermatology & Cosmetic Medicine, Skin Cancer Medicine & Surgery, Chronic disease management, Mental Health, Pregnancy & Child Health. He consulted in dermatology and skin cancer clinics in the UK and was also a Partner in a large city General Practice.

He is qualified to perform Minor Surgical & Cosmetic procedures and used to provide this service privately to his patients in London, UK. He is trained in Dermoscopy (Australasian College of Dermatologists) and performs skin checks.

He believes in maintaining long term relationships with patients through good communication skills, dedication and pleasant demeanour.

He is passionate about chronic disease management and holds qualification in Diabetes Care (Warwick University, UK). He also holds a certificate in Palliative/Cancer Care (Teesside University, UK). During his working life in the UK, he has been involved in GP registrar and Medical Student training. He has been an appraiser for his fellow GP colleagues.

In his free time, he enjoys playing cricket, singing and cycling. In the last year he has been stung by the Australian ‘barbie bug’ and has developed a love for barbeque cooking. He plans to enjoy more of the outdoor sports in Melbourne with his wife and two lovely daughters.
