How consultation works
Send a product enquiry
Email the clinic with the product you are interested in and whether you are an existing patient. Please keep medical details out of this initial email.
Arrange a clinician assessment
The team will confirm the appropriate consultation, timing and any fee before you book. Your clinician will discuss suitability and how the product fits into your routine.
Confirm your next steps
If the product is suitable, the clinic will explain how to purchase it and how to use it. An enquiry alone does not approve a product or unlock online checkout.
The clinic will confirm response and appointment timing. If your email app does not open, write to dermal@theskindoctor.clinic.
Already a patient?
Let the team know if a clinician has previously recommended the product. They will check your existing advice and confirm whether another consultation is needed before arranging a purchase. Stronger products remain unavailable through self-service checkout.
