Delivery & pickup

Australia-wide delivery

Delivery rate: $10 standard delivery, free when the product total is $150 or more. Product prices and delivery charges include GST. The free-delivery threshold excludes the delivery charge itself.

Australia-wide delivery. Delivery charges will be confirmed before ordering opens.

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders the next business day after payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays. Orders are sent with Sendle. Express and international delivery are not currently offered.

Dispatch and tracking

Order preparation and the carrier’s transit time are separate. Once a parcel has been dispatched, the clinic will contact you with its tracking details. Any delivery estimate depends on the destination and carrier; it is not a guaranteed arrival date.

If you need a product by a particular date, email dermal@theskindoctor.clinic before ordering. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Check your address carefully before payment. For an address correction, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible once a parcel has been dispatched. Any additional delivery cost will be discussed with you before arranging it.

Collect from Ivanhoe

Clinic pickup is free. Choose Ivanhoe pickup at checkout and wait for the clinic to confirm your order is ready before travelling. A payment receipt alone does not mean your order is ready to collect.

Bring your order reference when collecting. If someone else will collect for you, or you need to arrange a different collection time, email our store support team first.
